You will be offered a private, comfortable space where warm herbal steam is conducted for the session length of 45 minutes. Staff monitor your comfort and timing so you can relax without clock-watching.
Before steaming we discuss any factors that could affect safety or comfort, such as pregnancy, recent procedures, or active infections, and adjust the session accordingly. You can ask about clothing, privacy, and pacing—sessions are tailored to personal comfort while remaining clear about what the treatment is and is not.

The effect depends on temperature, session length and personal sensitivity. Because Raleigh’s humid subtropical climate can already feel warm, clients sometimes prefer morning or evening appointments. Sessions are 45 minutes and priced at $99.28; the appointment includes intake and recovery time.
