Personalized session planning and goals
Each Mommy Make Over 4 sessions package begins with a focused assessment of your concerns and goals so that the four visits work together. Plans are personalized to post-pregnancy needs; the package is offered at the established price of $500 and each appointment lasts 90 minutes to allow for thorough attention and discussion.
Scheduling balances your priorities with realistic pacing: spacing, sequence, and focus areas are chosen to fit your recovery timeline and lifestyle. Because many clients commute along Capital Boulevard and Interstate 440 or juggle family schedules, we work to create appointment windows that suit commuters, professionals, and nearby families in Brentwood and Northeast Raleigh.
What happens during each session
Each 90 minutes is used for a guided session tailored to the plan created with you. Expect a brief check-in about how you felt since your last visit, a targeted session focused on the areas you prioritized, and clear aftercare guidance. The structure lets each visit build on the last without rushing or skipping important follow-up.
Because results are cumulative, we decide pacing and emphasis across the four sessions based on progress, comfort, and practical constraints. Local conditions — including hot, humid summers in Raleigh — and seasonal demands on your schedule help determine when to book consecutive visits and when spacing them out makes sense.
Aftercare and realistic expectations
Aftercare recommendations are provided at every visit so you know what to do between sessions. These are practical steps to manage comfort and protect the session's effects; they do not imply guaranteed changes and should be followed alongside any medical guidance you already receive from your healthcare providers.
Progress is measured by how you feel and by the goals you and your practitioner set together. Many local clients schedule packages around popular self-care times — January goal setting, Mother's Day in May, or back-to-school in September — but timing should match your needs and recovery, not external pressure or guarantees.
